Is the author still around? I tried calling the number in the README file but it is disconnected. The operator tells me there is no listing in any of the areas around Palo Alto for him. PLEASE do not tell me to make sure BIG and BIGG are undefined!! That is the _first_ step. There are assignments everywhere where a long constant is placed into 'int'-sized variables. One problem occurs while compiling for initex. sort_avail sends get_node 0x4000000, and get_node treats that very specially. But if one runs the executable compiled with no changes, get_node actually gets a 0x4000 (on my compiler anyways) and that fails the 0x4000 == 0x4000000 test!! Any and all help would be greatly appreciated! Greg Onufer Univ of the Pacific Sun Lab Admin exodus@uop.edu ucdavis!uop!exodus -or- cogent!uop!exodus
