Would anyone like to give me a quick idea of the relationship between
SGML and ODA?  I know what SGML is, I guess it is ODA that I am having
trouble with.  Is SGML used to describe ODA structures for documents?
Or what?  Pointers to people, information, conferences, etc. would
be very helpful.
