I'm working on some documents that require some special character sets.  I'm
using Ventura Publisher with an HP LaserJet II.  A font editor/generator 
capable of producing LaserJet fonts would be greatly appreciated.  I'm aware 
that Bitstream (among others) sell font "outlines" that are "installed" using 
their own proprietary installation/conversion program.  I need to be able to 
generate a completely different character set, so these off-the-shelf packages 
won't do.  Incidently, the computer system running all this is IBM-PC/EGA, but
if you know of an editor that requires Hercules or VGA, I'll take whatever I 
can get.
