Apologies if this has been posted before but it was a nuisance to me.
For what ever reason PgUp and PgDn were not included in the default
terminfo for AT386/at386.  They are easy to add.  Make sure that you
have TERM=at386 in your environment and infocmp > filename, that will
give you the terminfo source in filename.  Then edit in the following
knp=\E[U, kpp=\E[V,
and as super user, tic.  That's it, no muss no fuss.
