From reading the postings so far, it seems to me that no one who has version 2.3 has experienced these problems. Is this true? The problems I am refering to are bad blocks occuring and a subsequent trashed file system. These bad blocks are fake in that no amount of diagnostic testing can reveal them. I am now rebuilding my system with the 2.3 kernal and am hoping for the best...
