Can some kind person tell me how, on a System V UNIX, I can achieve the
equivalent of the BSD (also V7) commands refer and pubindex.  In other
words I need to consturct a bibliography for use in troff/nroff but
these commands seem to have disappeared from later AT&T releases.  There
must (?)  be a way surely.
