I am in need of a program that converts either:

(1)	From troff (cat) output to DEC LN03 printer format; or,
(2)	From troff (cat) output to DVI (TeX) format.

I have a man page for a program called "catdvi" but I have never seen
the program.

We need to print troff jobs on our new LN03+ printer, but we have no
conversion program for it.  Neither does DEC.  We can do DVI files,
though.  Please reply by e-mail if possible.  Thanks!!
