I am a new USENET administrator.  The r option in vnews
is not posting my replys.  The f option seems to work.
I have not applied any of the patches.  Do they perhaps
contain a fix for r?  Also my distributions file is empty.
Where does one get an updated distribution file?  At present
all postings go to the default world.  I tried putting usa
in at the prompt but it was not accepted.  Is this because
the distributions file is empty?
