This map entry was formerly submitted as 'apex', but dpz@athos.rutgers.edu
indicated that apex was already used by a site in Washington.  Oh well.
The new name is 'apexepa', which indicates our state, Pennsylvania, and is
a palindrome to boot.  Here is the newsite entry:
