How come when I try to post a news to comp.ai.digest the system responds

      Mail: can't send to comp-ai-digest  

or something like that?

I like to send something to it ASAP and the group is moderated so I have 
no idea whether it failed to be sent or its just hung up on the moderating
process.

How do I handle this?
