If both names are in the uucp maps, then the map coordinators have made an error. If not, then he who publishes first gets the name. If you never published a map entry for your site, then it is not even an "official" site and mail directed to it is likely to wind up in California. Bottom line: choose unique names and PUBLISH them if you want them to be accessible from the entire net. --Greg
