Dr.  Philip  W.  Smith,  of IMSL Incorporated, Houston,
Texas, will speak on ``Vectorization at IMSL''.

ABSTRACT

Performances of the IMSL Libraries will be discussed in
the  context  of  vector  environments.  First,  I will
present  general strategies for vectorization, followed
by  IMSL's  future  plans.  IMSL currently supports the
following  vector  environments:  Cray,  IBM  3090 with
vector facility, CDC Cyber 205, Alliant, Convex.
