There need be no ambiguity on subcircuits - if you say "X741 ..." I can assume that you mean a 741 op-amp and that the pins are listed in order etc. What exactly is the BIN-HEX format? It looks like it uses 8 6-bit chars to represent 6 8-bit bytes, and says that an "!" is a zero. Once I have a binary file, is there any other decompression to do?
