Does anyone have a copy of the FORTH`83 standard or some earlier one,
or know where one can be found?

In Leo Brodie's `Thinking FORTH' there is an appendix on naming conventions,
and we want to know if these are in the standards or not.  If anyone knows
anything about FORTH naming conventions, please let me know.

I'd like to copy the relevant sections or at least have a look at them,
if they exist.
