     I am in need of sequences or detailed restriction map information
for two plasmids I obtained from ATCC.  They are: pSVc-myc 1 (reference:
Land et al. Nature304: 596, 1983) and p80 (which contains the human
c-fes gene in pBR322, reference: Trus, Sodroski, and Haseltine, JBC, 257: 2730, 1982).
     We are trying to purify specific portions of the cloned DNAs but we see
more than the predicted number of restriction fragments (based on the inf
provided by ATCC.  We are cutting pSVc-myc 1 with XbaI and HindIII.  SacI is
being used to cut p80.
     Please respond if you can provide any help.
