I don't think I'm as qualified to evaluate Rahul Dhesi's skills as
Keith Petersen is, but his postings have always been the cool breeze
of rationality here.  I am repeating my vote for a moderated group
with Rahul Dhesi as moderator.

I think that the discussion should be moved to the ALREADY EXISTING
comp.sys.ibm.pc group.
