Summary: Bug in SKYPLOT is: It should be SKY.EXE not
	 SKY.ARC.   It was a self extracting program.


The original poster of SKYPLOT said it was a self-extracting
EXE file.  However, it was uuencode and named SKY.ARC.  Just
rename it and run it on your pc.  All the file extracted
fine for me.
