I cat'ed all the files together and uudecoded them to produce SKY.ARC!
But the header of explanation said it was a self-unpacking archive, so
I changed the name of the file to SKY.EXE and then executed it on my
PC and it unpacked just fine ( I even ran it with no problem ).

It is not an archive (it is an EXE) so I am not surprised that trying
to unarchive it blew up.
