We have a network of diskless Sun 3/50's and a 3/180 fileserver. Occasionally there are brief "NFS unable to access fileserver" problems (there is a message in the console window). If you happen to be working in an emacs server window at that time, it will terminate due to a signal 11 (segment violation, I believe) and leave the wonderful message in your console window: "Child of tty left a core dump". It doesn't happen a lot but can be a bit of a nuisance. Anyone else have this problem? We are at GNU Emacs rev 18.41.2, and Sunos rev 3.2. Thanks, Nelson Lerner
