If your system doesn't have MH installed, mh-*mail is useless.

Will someone please put a patch into mh-*mail for 18.51 that will, upon
discovering that the user doesn't have an .mh_profile, attempt to run an
install-mh -- and if it fails, say that MH must be installed for mh-*mail
to work?
