Itoh CIE 3000 Megapro Ion deposition printer at our site. Every 100,000 pages an ION cartridge needs replacing. This cartridge is about one foot long, 3 inches wide and half an inch thick. It is NOT a toner cartridge (we replace those about every 7500 pages). Can someone please explain the function of this cartridge and further explain why it is a consumable item? Thanks very much. -- UUCP: {uunet|watmath|utai|garfield}!dalcs!aucs!wdw BITNET: WDW@Acadia Internet: WDW%Acadia.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU
