Summary: A port of minix to transputers is in the works


I have heard rumors that a U.S. based company is building a transputer based
workstation using a port of minix.  The product has not been officially
announced at this time but is expected in the next few months.  

If you wish to do your own port of minix, INMOS has a board with a m212
disk controller transputer and space for a boot ROM.  You would need
another transputer and memory to run any operating system as the controller
board only has space for two 32Kx8 memory chips.
