Does anyone out there know where I can get a makefile that will
successfully build the BSD version of KA9Q.  The makefile in the
ka9q archives on louie.udel.edu says to change a few CFLAGS defines
but there aren't even any references to any of the BSD specific modules
that appear in the archive.
