I'm also keeping a complete collection of RFCs and IENs on
flash.bellcore.com (128.96.32.20). They are available by anonymous ftp;
look under /pub/rfc and /pub/ien. Note that the file names end in '.Z';
the files are all compressed with the UNIX "compress" program.
