  Does anyone know of an intelligent (on-board cpu+memory) comm 
  controller that will drive multiple serial channels on a VME
  bus. It should have software support for SUN OS, and allow PC/NFS
  or some other SLIP type of file exchange to run over the comm 
  lines, including support on the PC side under DOS.

  Any help is appreciated.
