Peter Shachte mentioned the need for this. We can do it now with filenotes.
Unfortunately they tend not to be strongly "attached" to files. Does ARP
copy either default or have a switch to copy the filenote too? If so that would
be ideal, except it might clutter up directory listings... another default
or option to not show filenotes during a list?
