Yes.

You need to be very careful. At the end of the uuencode part 1, there's a line
you need to delete. At both the beginning and end of part 2, and at the
beginning of part 3, too. At the end of part 3, there's a 'size xxxxxx' line.
Compare the final file size with this to see if it's right. Good luck.
