Is anyone using any of the high capacity floppies on the amiga? .. Got some info from Konica today of their KT 510 5.25" 10.7 meg .. 75ms avg access time scsi drive (without prices of course). Does .. such an animal talk to the 2090? .. .. Anyone else out there using kodak's or anyone else's drives of this .. type? Depending on price and interface requirements, I'd consider putting .. one on a bridge card if it was compatible there. At the local user group meeting (AUGMENT, March 18), Pacific Peripherals showed one of these drives. The presenter claims to have used the drives for what sounded like 6-12 months on IBM PC compatables (very dependable he said). Price with their DMA interface card was ~$1095. Another source soon will be CLtd. A friend who is a CLtd distributer has been using one for about a month. Says that he has seen no problems with it. It is a SCSI device and he hangs it off his SCSI interface along with his other SCSI drives. He didn't say what CLtd's price is going to be. Harry Muttart
