TIC is written by Donald Elton.   The current incarnation does emulate
terminals up to VT52.  It accepts Xmodem protocol, as well as text, has
macros, and does automatic BNY unpacking.

It has a decent sized text buffer, I'm not sure how big it is though.  I
think it is 50 prodos blocks in it's latest incarnation.
