I just uploaded three short programs to APPLE2-L which complement the series
of Apple ][+ demos from Mark Kriegsman.
  The  first  two  were  written  be me.  They show something like a scan line
interrupt: While the first one draws just a static image (mixing text & lores)
as  an  intro  to  the  technique  the second combines the mode switching with
flicker free full screen animation.
  The  last program utilizes a similar technique as the 80 col demo to display
two  hires screens side by side, i.e.  with 560 pixels per line.  Using 70 col
software 140 chars/line become possible...
