  One thing that has been overlooked here on this outworn topic is 
that Apple granted Microsoft a limited license for Windows.  Apple 
says in the suit that Microsoft WENT BEYOND THE LIMITED LICENSE with 
Windows.  This is a fairly important point to keep in mind.  Apple is 
not suing because Windows was developed, but because of this 
"violation".  I feel that if companies start suing SIMILAR 
interfaces, we will all be sorry in the long run.  After all, how
