While using Mark Johnson's C complier I ran into a problem.  When I assemble a
program that has any input form external sorces I get this error
GETC UNDEFINED.  I searched the file LIB.C and GETC is used but never defined.
All I need is the code that I must add to LIB.C to define GETC.
