Well, I'm now the official moderator of comp.sources.atari.st and
comp.binaries.atari.st.  The introductory articles for both newsgroups
should have preceded this one.

As I don't yet have a copy of Jim Turner's pending programs, please
resubmit articles that were waiting to be posted by him.  I'll try to
process them as quickly as possible.  Submission instructions are
included in the introductory articles.

Many thanks to Bill Wisner for his invaluable aid and advice; I would
have been lost without it.
