Has anyone heard any info about the sampler for the Atari from Hybrid Arts, what I have heard about it is this: That it is a 16-bit stereo rackmount sampler, it uses the memory and screen on the Atari (ie. Sample editing made easier), that it plays samples from other machines (Akai S900??) and is cheap, I have also heard that it doesn't work; but I guess they are working on it. One draw back is that you can 't use the Steinberg 24 at the same time, but another company (??) has come out with a chip, or box, or something that allows you to use the two simultaniousl y. So great... If anyone out there has any further info or corrections let me k now. I am also interested in making contacts with people who are into making electronic/experimental music. -Personally I just like noise.-P.L.
