(past or present) If so, doesn't it look like the REAL reason for this suit is to give Claris a wide-open shot at a new market, namely all non-Macintosh users interested in a "point and click" interface? Sounds like Apple is less interested in their own rights, and more interested in bigger profits (as though they don't make enough on their own vastly overpriced hardware!)...
