Is this the point?  Visicalc existed before Lotus 123.  Both of them are
spreadsheets as many of you know.  When Lotus Corp. brought 123 clone
companies to court, Lotus' argument was that they had copied Lotus'
look and feel.  Of course I may be wrong...
