You have to change the buffersizes [Settings] [Buffers...] ... In particular you must increase the "System" Buffer size until it is large enough for the program you want to run (it defaults to only 5K). Using this I have even been able to run Pecan Software's UCSD p-System (which needs all the non-OS memory on a 512K 520ST just to start!) under Uniterm 2.0a, on my MEGA ST2.
