     What is the difference between 3.5 and 3.51?

     I had a new hard disk installed in my Unix PC, and the person
that installed the disk made it sound as though there are some 
significant differences.  I would have ordered the 3.51 release, 
except AT&T never told me that such a release existed.  Why do I 
tell AT&T my address if they never tell me what's going on?  The 
only reason I found out about the 3.5 release was that it was 
posted on this net.
