This article is intended for all those who always wanted to tell someone what they can do with their PC 6300. I have a basic machine, 640k with a modem as the only peripheral. Since I am a very greedy fellow, I'd like to know what I can do with it. My eventual goal is to be running UNIX and operating a bulletin board. With your help, I will achieve these lofty goals. To put it simply, I am looking for add-ons and upgrades to make it stronger, faster and better. while I am new to this computer, I am not new to computer construction, so don't be bashful. Think of what your computer would be like if you had an unlimited account. Specifically, I'm looking for the following: Hard drives and cards Monitors and video cards Add-on boards and above boards Math coprocessor Software Alternate input devices (mice, light pens, etc.)) Anything else you can think of I am doing my own research, but I thought I might as well use the resources of the hundreds of people on the net. Please EMAIL all responses, as I am on a remote linkup with my account this semester, and have to make every minute count. I thank you very much for your time and efforts. If I can I will try to summarize if there is call for it. Again, I thank you. Have a nice day.
