I am seeking help on writing an ACP for a file-11 disk level 1
format. I would greatly appreciate any help on the subject.
Just in case one do not recall what an ACP is: ACP stands for
'ancillary control process' and is used as a virtual connection
between VMS and the device driver, through EXE$QIO (i think ..).
