Add my vote, too.  Without moderation, comp.binaries.ibm.pc will soon
become an unsubscribed orphan as more and more sites stop carrying it
because of undesciplined and unorganized postings.  Let's get it moderated
so we can get back to business as usual.  Rahul will do a good job.
