Please post here anything you would have posted to comp.binaries.ibm.pc 
regarding the debate/discussion of copyright, and public domain, and what 
they mean.  

Several people have pointed out to me in comp.binaries.ibm.pc that it is 
not the place for such discussions.  I did not mean to start such a 
discussion, but since it is going, I'd like to help move it to where it 
belongs.
