Is it the same with the Compaq 386? Please don't send me the RATE300.COM program. It's a fine program and it seems to work mysteriously better than the straight OUT technique but it hangs the Compaq. (How does RATE300 work anyway?) So, as the subject line says, please send me a program or a pointer to a program that will make the keys repeat fast on the Compaq 386. In other words, when I hold down any key, I want the key to repeat faster than normal. Thanks for the Nth time, for a fairly large N.
