I would like to know how to receive pkxarc.  I apologize
if I am bringing up a stupid subject, and am being blatantly
gauche with this request, but I only recently started reading
these two newsgroups, and seem to have missed a few (is that
in the running for understatement of the year award ?:-) articles.

If you have any information, or criticisms, please respond via
e-mail, or post, if you deem that a large number of people
might be interested in your reply.
