 Hmmm, in my opinion CGA is a poor substitute for Hercules.  In any
case, the newest version of SIMCGA works very much better than the
original version.  I haven't much use for it, since I rarely run
s/w that requires such, but I did notice that the new one crashes
very little compared to the old.  

 I very much cherish the resolution that I get with a mono graphics
card, and am not too terribly impressed with any but the very most
expensive color cards (VGA+ is almost as good as herc) -- so here you
see how very different 2 users' requirements can be...
