This is an update to the recent (3/24) announcement of a MS Windows and OS/2
mailing list.  As of early Monday 3/28, thirty people have signed up.
Encouragingly, Microsoft has declared its willingness to help the list
get going. 

For those of you who missed the original posting, we intend to establish
a resource for developers of Windows and OS/2, and a library ala SIMTEL-20
for code relating to these environments.  Please address requests to
be added to the list to ms-windows-request@premise.zone1.com.
