For those of you like me, with
very little experience using 
ftp, this file really does exist,
but to be transferred, you must
have ftp set to transfer binaries.
First time I tried, I didn't, and
got garbage.  To set ftp to recieve
binaries, simply give it the 
command "binary" at the ftp> prompt.

Many thanks to those people who
maintain the archives, and allowing
stupid users like me to get access
to files we might not otherwise
have available.  Keep up the
good work.
