Hello..  I was just wondering how I could go about upgrading my Mac plus to
a Mac plus with up to 4meg internal memory.

   That is.  I would like to know if it is easy to replace the chips, or
should I just have it done.  (my machine is out of warrenty, so there is no
reason I have to worry about violating it becuase I opened it...)

   I would like to know where I could by some  1 meg SIM chips, and what the
current cost is. Also a breif description of how to replace them with the
256 chips.  And also, where are the 256k chips...

   I am not really a Wiz with computer hardware, but I have a friend who is
a CE Major, and he can help me, or do it for me.

   PLEASE..  Mail the information for me, since I don't get a chance right
now to read everything in this newsgroup, and I usually either scan, or just
catch-up on articles...
