Apple isn't arguing that using a mouse, pointing at SOME kind of icon, pulling down SOME kind of menu, etc, is not available to other companies, are they? Is Apple saying "Apple's windows are square and can change size, MS can't use square windows that change size" or something else at that level. Or is MS Windows "origin" REALLY (wink, wink, nudge, nudge..) blatently easy to figure out?
