I've tested mine out and found it to work quite well at 4:1 interleaf but when I tried 3:1 it started getting worse. My test was to format the drive, copy a complete system folder onto the disk ~586k then to duplicate the folder. At 5:1 it took ~20s, at 4:1 it took ~18s, at 3:1 it took ~23s. DiskTimer results show ~128, ~128, and ~16, about 1/2 the speed of a DataFrame XP, not bad for less than 1/2 the price. I've been using mine for over a week this way with no problems and it seems to perform quite well. I bought mine from MacLand (800)333-3353 for $801 including COD delivery in 2 days, and I got a new mouse pad. Their prices are going up to ~$850 soon so you better hurry. I also called Hardware House who had the same price, but they didn't have COD. -- ======> Disclaimer??? Disclaimer!!! -- I don't need no stinkin disclaimer!!! Larry Hattery larryha@tekig5@tektronix
